Hale Duck Decoy

In 2004 The Friends of Pickerings Pasture were awarded a grant from the Lottery Heritage Initiative to improve the gamekeepers cottage at Hale Duck Decoy and to collect historical information about the gamekeepers who worked there, to help improve the experience of visiting the site, on the guided walks.

There is an archive of old photographs in the Gallery, along with contempory photos, recording the various aspects of the Friends activities, at the Decoy.
