 The Tom Johnson Hide

On Sunday September 30th, the family of Tom Johnson, together with representatives of the Freeman of Hale (including the present Lord Mayor), the Countryside Ranger and some of the members of the Friends of Pickerings Pasture who had been involved in building the hide, visited Hale Duck Decoy to open a new hide, dedicated to the memory of Tom. Tom was a Freeman of Hale and a former Lord Mayor.
