Anne Faukner, the Pickerings Pasture Ranger, has asked me to promote an environmental education pack, produced for children. Anne is very keen to develop environmental education at Pickerings Pasture and to get local schools and other community groups on site, to take advantage of this opportunity.

The Events and Leisure Services provide free environmental education to all schools and groups within Halton. For more information please refer to the Environmental Education Pack for Schools and Community Groups on Halton Borough Council's website at the following link:-

The pack is designed to cater for specific units within the National Curriculum but can be adapted to focus on particular areas on request. All contacts for the relevant sites and Rangers can be found in the pack.
