The booklet, The Duck Decoy Pond of Hale: A Rural Sketch, first published in 1871, has again been reprinted, with further information concerning Hale Hall, the 'Child of Hale' and the Unsworth family. It has been researched and written by Alastair Gunn, a great, great grandson of James Unsworth, the key character in this booklet.
